The pregnancy and birth journey is an intensely physical process. However, it is also an emotional, mental and spiritual journey.  Birth not only creates new life but also creates a mother. The way the mother feels about their birth experience does not end when the birth is over. The emotions a woman feels about their birth can effect so many different aspects of life. Many women feel they experienced a traumatic birth or their expectations of birth were not met. By telling your birth story and debriefing the birth women can begin the new journey of healing.  Birth debriefing may be a one-off session or run over several sessions depending on your needs.
